once in a long time

well, i've since poped and i'm now in sispec.. i think this blog's becoming rather dead. weekends are spent more outdoors than indoors... for one, i really really don't like this life... i really can't wait till my 2 years end.. as i said, i won't blog anything about army here.. i know it's really boring to keep hearing ppl talk about army all the time...

anyway, yesterday i celebrated my grandma's birthday with my relatives at this restaurant at sze chuan court at raffles city... the car park was REALLY REALLY CROWDED.. and the most ridiculous thing is... there were quite a few police cars parked in the car park... as if raffles city car park is small enough already... my cousin waited in his car and even had the time to switch of the engine and play around in the car before the gantry opened to allow him passage.. anyway the dinner was pretty okay.. after we ate the cake there were a few pieces left over.. so my uncle started this game where you spin the revolving thing on the table with the knife pointing outwards. when the revolving thing stops, whoever the knife pointed to had to eat one slice of cake.. we did this for quite a few times until all the cake was eaten... all in all i enjoyed myself...

the last week was even more fun. i went with 13 other youths from my church to malaysia to do a one day missionary... it was really fun. we played games with people from different schools and backgrounds, and had like a mini concert thing in the evening... it was really fun playing the keys for the band and all... and when we were returning, we had to bring everything off from the bus. so there i was lugging the keys in the boxes like there was a gun in there or something. the best was jun pei and his bongos. he looked like he was carrying two nuclear warheads, one in front and one behind. they couldn't even fit through the x-ray machine it had to be manually x-rayed.. haha...
oh well... pardon me if i don't blog too often... blame it all on one particular organisation... the next person who comes up to me saying how wonderful it is to be part of it will eat my NB 360.
